Trussed Rafters - are pre-manufactured and can be designed in a variety of shapes and sizes to suit most needs. The most common design is the attic truss or room in the roof truss; we can cater for many different types of roof structures.

Timber Engineering/Design Drawings - many aspects of timber design can be catered for with the provision of structural documentation and detailed design drawings.

Calculations - can be provided for planning and local authority/ building control.

Timber Engineered Joists - are pre-manufactured and cut to length to suit a wide variety of applications including both floors and roofs. They can be designed to cater for holes and voids, and can span large distances, as well as being easier to handle.

Metal Web Joists - are pre-manufactured and cut to length to suit a wide variety of applications including both floors and roofs. They give the user the option to run services through the void left by the metal webs and can span large distances, as well as being easier to handle.

Timber Frame - pre-manufactured timber frame panels, cassettes and spandrel panels can be designed and supplied, saving time on site.

Beam Design - timber beams can often be inserted in lieu of steel and can be used as a feature if required. The most common beam is a glulam beam (glued laminated timber beam with finger joints), but we can offer most varieties of timber.

Feature/ Bolted Trusses - these can be designed to your requirements using a variety of timber species and connection details. The most common being Oak/ Douglas Fir with Bolted/ Mortice and tenon joints.
